How can I upload, submit and share my own videos and content?
Answer: Just go to your user settings page and find the 'Upload' button.
How can I report content or get it taken down?
Answer: We respect all valid reports and takedowns request, treat them with priority and get them
removed as soon as possible. Just locate the report/taken link at the websites footer and report it to
us with the link and reason why you are reporting it.
How do I delete my account?
Answer: Just simply contact us with your user ID.
I forgot/lost my login ID, can you help me find it?
Answer: No. When registering, save your login ID, there is NOTHING we can do to help you find it or
regain access to your account. ZERO CHANCE.
Some user profiles say they have pictures, where can I see them?
Answer: We include all of the users content pictures in only the full collection purchases.
There are some videos I see on the site that I cannot purchase unless I buy the full collection, can
I just buy the single videos?
Answer: No. We only allow for some videos to be purchased in the collections because of their most
extreme rarity.
How are prices determined?
Answer: Rarity. (And in rare cases, file size and length). And with full collections, we just add up the
price of all of the individual videos, and then round it down to the neart most convenient number that
makes both us and you happy.
I cannot buy or use Bitcoin or cryptocurrency for (whatever) reason, do you take Paypal or credit
cards?
Answer: No we do not. But seriously, buying cryptocurrency or Bitcoin is easy and safe and is not as
hard to use as it seems. You are still basically using your credit card or Paypal for the purchase. You
are just purching the Bitcoin with them, and then sending the Bitcoin instead of using your personal
card so it keeps your privacy safe. We recommend Coinbase.com, Moonpay, Coinmama or Paxful.
Do you offer refunds?
Answer: No. But we do offer credits if for some reason there is something that is fault of our own. If a
download does not work or something, report it to us and we will make it right.
How long does it take to receive the credits in my account after paying/sending
cryptocurrency/Bitcoin?
Answer: Not long at all. Most of the time it is only a matter of minutes or even seconds. When the
transaction is confirmed the credits will simply appear in your account, you can check your user
settings page and they will show there.
I already bought a few single videos from a users collection but now want to buy the collection, do I
still have to pay the full price of the collection?
No. The collection price goes down by the cost of the amount of videos you have purchased for a creator.
I Bought a duplicate, can I get credits for it?
Answer: That would be pretty hard to do, all of our collections to the best of our ability only contain
one of each video with no duplicates. We kind of pride ourselves in serving only full collections. If
you do happen to find a duplicate still, send us a message and we will give you credit in the amount of
both duplicates if you can tell us which ones they are.
Are the videos in the collections uncensored?
Answer: Yes, there are no censors or blurs in any of the collection only videos. All unedited.
Some of the thumbnails are really scrunched up, do the videos actually look like that?
Answer: No, they just look that way because they were shot with a mobile phone and to fit nicely on our
website our thumbnail maker just forces them that way, the actual videos look great.
I purchased the monthly Mega pass and "x" links are down, why?
Answer: Yeah, no big surprise there. We don't store any of the content found on those Mega links
ourselves. There will always be a 100% chance they could be taken down and we can do nothing whatsoever
about it. Because of how awesome the links can be that is just part of the game and the gamble. We
recommend checking daily. We try to put a few new Mega links up each week, if not more. It is best to
get them early while the getting is still good.
I bought an IP Cam login (either directly or through the spinner) and it no longer works?
Answer: Yes, sometimes this happens, we have no control over it. They are all live and nobody can ever know when the owner changes the credentials or turns it off until it is reported to us. Please send us a message and we will make it right. Include the credentials for the IP Cam so we can test it and if it is not working we refund you the credits.
